Your Information Safety in Mobile Banking
Third parties (applications/services): information about the device number, model, brand, name, operational system version, TBC application version are transferred to such applications, as: Google analytics, Xtremepush.com and Smartlook Mobile App Analytics via TBC mobile banking. These applications comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Guide). Maintenance/deletion policy: you can request the deletion of your data by sending a relevant request via mobile banking notification. After receiving a relevant request, TBC Bank will remove your data from the list to stop its processing.
How we use your personal information
This notice refers to the security tools available at TBC Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) against unsanctioned access to personal information by which the Bank protects your personal data. When you request a service or a product, we check you credit data, for which we can apply to the CreditInfo Agency. If you are our customer, we can use the databases of the CreditInfo Agency that will facilitate the process of approval of the loan product requested by you. We can exchange the following data on you with the CreditInfo Agency: · Names, address, date of birth

We will share your data with the CreditInfo Agency until you are our customer. The data implies the information regarding the closed or overdue credits. If you are a borrower, we will also share the information whether you are repaying a credit in a due and timely manner. The CreditInfo Agency is authorized to transfer the information to other credit organizations wishing to check your credit status. We will also inform the CreditInfo Agency about complete fulfillment of your obligations.
